Truth: If you don’t know what you’re selling and to whom, increasing ad spend only raises your costs. Ads amplify what already works – meaning your offer, UX, pricing, and messaging. In some cases, vertical scaling is enough, but let’s be honest – if you’re here, you’ve probably already tried that.

Truth: More channels = more chaos without a strategy. Many brands could grow significantly just by mastering 1–2 channels. The same applies to campaign volume. You don’t need to run 250 campaigns with 10 ad sets each.

Truth: Functionality, conversion logic, and site speed often matter more than visual aesthetics. Good UX sells – even without “wow” graphics. Design is subjective. If the site meets core UX standards, it’s probably not your biggest problem.

Truth: Customers buy value, not just price. If your positioning, trust, and service are strong, you don’t need to undercut the competition by €1. Multi-segment e-shops are a great example of this in action.

Truth: Too much choice often leads to decision paralysis. Focused portfolio optimization works better – double down on what has both potential and margin. Margin is the alpha and omega of scaling today. Trying to scale on 20% margins in a space like Meta Ads is likely a losing game.
